Do you deliver outside Bristol?
Yes, everywhere in mainland UK in 2–3 working days, free over £40. Same-day delivery covers BS1–BS16.
Can I bring my dog into the shop?
Please do! Every visiting dog gets a free salmon bite (with your permission).
What if my pet doesn't like a product?
Return it within 30 days. Opened food can be donated to the rescue centre and we'll still refund you.
Do I need to book grooming?
Yes for full grooms and baths. Nail trims are walk-in, Monday to Saturday.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Food and treats can repeat every 2, 4 or 6 weeks with 10% off. Pause anytime.
